Did Someone Say SCREEN TIME?

In a previous post from today I said I'd be finishing one of my long standing drafts... Well I only sorta lied. This post has been just a title for at least the last 2 weeks so, essentially I am finishing one, just not one that I've already spent hours on. That being said I don't plan on spending hours on this one, but if it does take over the course of a few hours, on and off, that's acceptable. =] I plan on buying a domain name for this blog/maybe future blog soon (maybe tonight, def by friday). There are a few for my someday fun-side business/ brand name, and blog type things are included in said plan. I have an Etsy page, but nothing listed, so I'm thinking about making a side one for all my random done bead projects. MMmMMMMMmm Beads.... I do take requests ;]

On to the topic of this silly little post..  I've been trying to diligently track all the movies/ Tv/ anime stuff that I watch (yea, I have screen addictions). All the DVD cases I've been packing back up over the last few months has made it really easy to add a mass amount at one time (not that I'm super close to being done lolz). It's kinda fun making sure, just like my books, that I don't end up rewatching something just because it didn't grab my attention the first time, or it was in the middle of a binge media consumption.

Here's a link to :: my IMDB

If someone has suggestions and it's not on my watched list, watch list, or otherwise list, please message me or comment on here. I'm always up for recommendations ;D

I while writing this, and getting ready for work tomorrow, I am watching Lakey Peterson: Zero to 100. Super good documentary! Another inspiring one. Sometimes I let netflix decide what I'm to watch when. As in when they put end dates on shows and movies, definitely changes priorities. Makes it fun ;]

Time for me to make a late dinner, enjoy your space travels.

Blurghity And Books

Who doesn't like books? I have stacks and stacks sitting around my room, requesting my attention. I've been updating shelfari and goodreads over the last year so I can search tags and categories easily, and to make sure I don't read the same book twice by mistake... but when you're dealing with hundreds of books, possibly over a thousand once everything is accounted for, not the easiest task.

When I last moved, I unloaded every box of book I could find from my storage unit and from my parents basement (although I am missing a few boxes still). The idea was I could go through each box and decide if I should keep or downsize my collection. There are books I have from when I was a child. Getting these out gives me the chance to get these over to my brother for his growing family. I love knowing some of my favorite books now have the ability to stay in the family for a while longer.

I spent a lot of today adding to my shelfari, getting dates nearish accurate in date. If anyones on there, hit me up =] I'll eventually get my goodreads up to date, but that process is a bit slower and less visually appealing.

Lately I've been reading a lot of cooking, workout and life efficiency books, but I still make time for good fantasy now and then (see last post lolz). Next year I'd like to continue burning through my physical books that have been stacking up for the last few years >.< There are SO MANY BOOKS! Then Amazon comes along and has a wide ass variety of every genre of book for free or borrow.. or .99 cents which is almost free, or that's the selling point at least. To say the least, I am so far behind =] Not always a bad thing, good reason to lock yourself in a cabin for a few weeks.

I've set aside about five books (three are manga though), to get through before the First. Who knows, maybe time will just take a rest for a while and slow down for a bit. Seriously, it feels like this year went twice as fast as usual. Don't mind me, I'm just bitchin'.

Well, time to make a pesto grilled cheese, and throw on a movie to get ready for the end of my weekend. Ho hum, can't wait for the next week to fly through.. Let's just say I am really, really looking forward to Saturday ;]

Some Things

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Daily I enjoy : Video Games, Anime, TV Shows, Movies, Reading, Computers, Cats, Food, Fashion, Make-up, Shoes (yes, they all need a separate shout out), Outrageously long showers, Dancing, Hula Hooping, Music (Trap, Dubstep, Hip hop, Rock, most types of electronic music, almost everything but country and rap) ... There's probably a few other things, I'm just possibly distracted =]

Things I'm trying to make time for : DIY Projects (Jewelry Making, Sewing, Stitch work, Drawing, Painting, Mod Podge, Crochet, there's more I'm just tired lolz), more majestic cooking, My hopes and dreams of a Business to call my own, Fitness, Running, Costuming, Gem Hunting, Hiking, Biking, So so much more...

I've always considered myself a psychedelic kitty, a crazed child of the night. Someone who... for better or worse, is not the average kat.

Lately I find myself trying to figure out what to do next. How to go from nowhere, to someplace I might actually enjoy being. I think, "Do I need to move? Do I need a new job? A new life?" I'd rather not go through all the hassle.. Happiness shouldn't be about any of that.

Well now, here we are again. What should I do with my days? At this moment, I'm watching anime (Attack On Titan) while thinking about how I should get myself in order.

Recently I've been trying to socialize with groups of people, mainly geeky ladies. Trying to fill my time with motivating people, new ideas, and interesting concepts. It's definitely been getting me off my ass a bit more. Reading new books, going to fun places I've overlooked in the years I've been in this town, and trying new art projects. This has helped get me psyched up for the future and that I haven't experienced anything. Also, Geeks!

Throughout this relationship (yea, maybe I did go there), I hope to explore many a activity, I'll share some movie and book suggestions, even send you links to spectacular music, blah blah blah I'm sure you can imagine the rest... Actually I'm sure you cannot, Which is why you'll be back.

See You Space Cowboy..
